The Harbor Village retail district and Garden Rooftop Retail Street offer boutique shops, al-fresco dining, and vibrant gathering spaces. At the site's peak, the landmark towers peak at 200-meter feature offices, a hotel, and residential units, all designed with sustainable features and stunning river views.
