The New Entertainment District unites the north and south, linking residential areas to commercial hubs. The Central Bridge will serve as HQ District’s Welcome Center, with a network of bridges enhancing visitor flow and safety. A new Central Bus and Transit Hub will conveniently connect both sides.

Melody Gardens blends culture, green living, and relaxation into a vibrant hub within the electronics district. It creates a 24-hour destination for dining, entertainment, and art, with innovative climate control and design inspired by digital flow and nature's movements. The project's organic shapes harmonize with the surrounding urban grid.
