This renovation aimed at revitalizing the dated Howard Hughes Center. Not only part of the old-looking facade has been renovated but also the traditional big box retail has been removed to make room for outdoor space where a welcoming atmosphere is created for social interaction, which encourages people to spend more time around.

A sustainable approach has been taken during the design and implementation. Sustainable building materials and water-saving landscapes have been incorporated into the design. This approach will also help to bring back the modern aesthetics that will attract both business and consumers.
